Iter Sensus presents: 

Sunny Day, Polish Sausage, 
with Side Salad, Wine, Mushrooms, Spring Onion, Garlic Sauce.

Behand the scenes stories:

1. Polish sausage- Kielbasa- usually made with pork but also with chicken, beef, turkey, veal...
pictured: Kielbasa Krucha.
2. Side salad receipe: 3 fresh tomatoes, 2  small cucumbers or one large, 1 large white onion, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 10 radishes, 2 garlic cloves crushed, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, dried basil, dried oregano, fresh  coliander.
Slice vegetable, add garlic, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, season with salt and herbs and serve.
3. garlic sauce: 2 garlic cloves crushed, salt, 1 glass of natural yogurt. mix everything. done.

Sweet White Wine :))
