Eating the Cornish Pasty

The Cornish Pasty is a type of English  pie, very popular across the Britain, especially in England. The Original   Cornish Pasty consist of hand crimped shortcrust  pastry filled with beef steak, potato, onion and swede. Nonetheless, nowadays exist different types of this traditional food, for instance: Lamb and Mint, Pork a Apple or Cheese and Onion.

 Protected Geographical Indication- only pasty made in Cornwall can be named Cornish Pasty.
