Sangría

Surely everybody has heard about Sangría. A Spanish refreshing, wine based,  drink.
I am  not a big fan  of Sangría, but in summer time this drink can be an  interesting  alternative to ordinary wine or beer.

Ingredients for one jar:

100 ml of gin,
300 ml of red Spanish wine,
300 ml of lemonade,
300 ml of  sparkling water,
6 halved strawberries,
3 sliced oranges,
1sliced peach ,
1 tsp of sugar,
2 cinnamon sticks,
ice cubes

Preparation:
put fruits and cinnamon  sticks in a jar add the gin, chill for for at least 1 hour. To serve add the rest of ingredients and  mix with wooden spoon. Ladle into long glasses.

I served Sangría with ``sandwiches´´ named  HELP YOUR SELF;)
